Companies based within the EU, that are VAT registered, can receive orders at 0% VAT.
The process is simple:
  • Place an order on the Omnima on-line store
  • Provide your VAT registration number in the Notes field during the checkout
  • Once we verify your VAT number, the correct amount of VAT will be refunded to you

Shipping And Handling
Postage and packing charges start at £7 within mainland UK but this will depend on the number of items and the combined weight. The exact cost of shipping will be calculated automatically during checkout.

Delivery Schedule
All items listed on the web site (unless otherwise indicated) are in stock and are shipped the next business day. For International customers delivery times may vary depending on country postal service.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included where applicable.

Credit Card Security
All credit card details are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption and is certified by the Equifax certificate authority.
We do not keep any credit card details on our systems, instead the details are sent encrypted directly to NatWest Streamline, our aquiring bank.

Returns
Our returns policy is straightforward. If for any reason you wish to return a product that you have purchased from omnima.co.uk please return it to us in its original condition within 10 days of delivery date and we will give you a complete refund for the price of the product. Please ensure all goods are un-used and packaging un-opened. We will credit you within the 48 hours of return. Please forward an E-mail to info@omnima.co.uk confirming return date stating your reason for return. If you have to return the product due to our fault we will be happy to refund the delivery costs.

Complaints Procedure
Omnima operates a complaints handling procedure. In the event that a customer requires to make a complaint an E-mail is to be sent to complaints@omnima.co.uk with ''Complaints'' in the subject line detailing the complaint. Any complaint will be treated in confidence and will be acknowledged within 5 working days and will detail the timescale for resolving any dispute.

Statutory Rights
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
